Remarks (July 2025):
懐石 (8 courses) at「ひのきざか」in Ritz-Carlton Hotel (Tokyo, Japan).
I like most was the dessert! See the words '及川光博' in heart-shape (first photo). Nice surprise!
I have been to this restaurant many times in the previous years, mostly in sushi section. This restaurant has 懐石, sushi, teppanyaki & tempura sections.
I chose this place because of the nice panoramic view of Tokyo city. Previous times, I came here after sunset (night scene). This was the first time during daylight.
Advantage of 懐石 here is the tables are directly next to the window, the sushi section is slightly away from the window.
